Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order 1 weeks prior to the rental day and no charges will apply to your order. This allows the jumper to be rented after cancellation.
Are your jumpers safe and clean?
The jumpers are always cleaned prior to a rental appointment. We check them upon set up to ensure your safety.
How do I know that you will show up?

We call you the day before the rental is due to confirm the appointment.

Can I keep the jumper overnight?

Yes, you can keep the jumper overnight. Please see the rental prices table for more information about overnight charges. Inflatable must be placed in the backyard, or a locked up area.

How many children can use the jumper?

Only compatible groups and size of children should play in each unit at the same time:

How can I reserve a jumper?

Fill a reservation form on the website. Or call cell: 650-465-5495 or office: 650-560-9800 and we’ll process the reservation over the telephone. If you leave a message, we’ll return the call at the most convenient time.

Is there a deposit required?
There is no deposit required. Your payment is due after the jumper is installed at your location.
How far in advance do I need to reserve a jumper?
You should reserve a jumper at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery date, or up to 3 days with acknowledgement that a fall back jumper option may be necessary if the primary choice is not available.
Do you deliver to my area?

Delivery of rental of units in local area corresponds to cities from Half Moon Bay to Daly City, Redwood City and nearby communities. Please call or email if your city is out of this delivery range.

Does the blower need electrical energy source? How much energy does it use?
You need to have access to an electrical outlet serving 120V and an extension cable. If you don’t have an extension available, we’ll install one for you. If renting a jumper in a park, you will need to use a power generator. We rent generator units as well. Please see our generator rental unit page for more information.
What time do you deliver and pick up the jumper?
Jumpers are rented for a maximum of 8 hours and need to be picked up no later than 8:00 pm.
How long does it take to set up and take it down?
It takes about 20 minutes to install and 15 minutes to pick up. Larger orders may vary from 45 min to 1 hour.

German, as usual, was prompt, and made the set up as easy as can be. Tear down was also a breeze for him and his crew. We appreciate you so much German! We rented a jump house, tables and chairs from these guys again this last weekend for our daughter’s first birthday party. As usual, the service we received was perfect.

Their way of communicating beforehand (the submission of a request for what you want and when you want it followed by several emails to ensure you know what you’re getting and when) helps to alleviate any anxiety you might have about your event and their part in it. They can’t help you if your struggling over your menu…. But they can ensure you have what you need to make your party a success.

They arrived promptly and had everything set up very quickly and safely about an hour before our planned time taking even more stress off because I wasn’t worried when they would show up.

All of their supplies are well maintained and in great condition. Lastly, when they arrived to pick the supplies up at the end of the day, they had everything packed up before I even knew they were there. Again…zero stress.

On top of their great service, is the value. The cost of renting their supplies is truly competitive and I never think I am being overcharged.

So, if you need party rentals, these are the only people I recommend and we will continue to use them every time we need something.
